fall 2020 Zoom Bible STudies
Sadly, when people think of Jesus-followers it is a far cry from who Jesus actually is. After all that Jesus has done for us, we cannot be content with the picture and representation that we are sharing. We must change the story and perception of who Jesus is. So how do we change the story that we are telling?
We go back to Christ’s words. You know, those red letters in your Bible. It turns out he had a lot to say to His followers about what we are called to do and how we are called to live.
The Red Letter Challenge is unique because it takes Christ’s literal words and gives you 40 days of practical challenges based on those words. RLC believes that Jesus followers want to be the best Jesus followers that we can be not out of obligation, but out of gratitude for what Jesus has done for us!

This course explores the concept of households in the Bible and in our culture today. It will equip you to map your whole household and consider just how vibrant it is. We are going to examine what the latest research tells us about what faith looks like on a day-to-day basis in practicing Christians’ households.
Read to Get Out! In this time where we’re still encouraged to think of isolation as good for one’s health, we can see that we’re still powerful instruments of God’s grace… even when it seems we’re living in captivity.
Amid divisive rhetoric, violence, riots, and racial tensions, confusion arises—how can Christians tear down the racial walls dividing our country?
This division stems from a lack of communication, empathy, and understanding. Author Rev. B. Keith Haney, an African American LCMS pastor, encourages everyone to seek answers to racial tensions in the only place where truth and peace can be found—God’s Word. Healing must begin with Jesus.
